How to Develop Your Opposite Foot in Soccer
Instructions

-
1
Dribble the ball up and down the soccer field. Alternate your feet with each touch. Pay attention to how each touch affects the ball. Try to imitate the stronger foot with the weaker.
-
2
Place the ball between your feet. Kick it back and forth, from foot to foot, with the inside of your feet. The ball will stray forwards and backwards at first. Stop, place the ball in the center again, and continue.
-
3
Ask a friend to kick the ball to you from your left, at the goal line. Stand to the right side of the goal, but out in the field a way. Strike the ball with your weaker foot. If you struggle, strike with your dominate foot, then imitate with your weaker. As you become better, have your friend kick the ball to you as you jog or run towards the goal.
-
4
Put the ball on the ground in front of you. Place the ball of your dominant foot on the top of the soccer ball. As you lift this foot off the ball, hop to the side and place the ball of your weaker foot on the soccer ball. Practice 20 to 50 times a day.
