How to Change a Battery on a Cabela's Laser Boresight

The Capella Laser Boresight projects a beam allowing you to aim your rifle more accurately with the scope. The Capella uses three small batteries, which are identical to watch batteries. From time to time, you may find that you'll need to replace these batteries. You can purchase new batteries from any major electronics stores. Swapping out your old batteries for new ones takes less than five minutes.

Instructions

      Turn the Capella Laser Sight dial to the "On" position. Grasp the dial, which also serves as the battery holder, and lift it out of the laser sight.

      Pull the old batteries out of the battery holder. Insert three new batteries into the holder. The positive symbols should face the bottom of the battery holder.

      Reinsert the battery holder into the Capella Laser Sight. Turn the dial to the "Off" position until you are ready to use the Capella Laser Sight.
