Lock your arm firmly at the beginning of the arm wrestling match.

Use your legs to help create back pressure rather than relying on just arm strength. Tighten your leg muscles and surge back using your legs before performing a Posting Toproll.

Apply firm pressure to the end of your opponents fingers using all four of your fingers.

Pull your arm down swiftly while still applying pressure with your fingers.

Approach a Posting Toproll in stages if you can't accomplish it all in one move. Perform a Toproll and then pause to check the progress you made against your opponent. Push tighter on opponent's fingers with two of you fingers and move your other two fingers further onto his hand. In your new position perform a second Toproll. Repeat this again if necessary until you win the match.
