Fundraising Ideas for College Cheerleaders

In addition to tuition, books and fees, some college cheerleaders have to pay for uniforms and equipment. The entire cheerleader squad also has to pay for expenses, such as travel to games, competitions and other events; and equipment and supplies. Fundraising helps pay for these expenses.

  1. Cheerleader Camps

    • Raise money for your college cheerleader squad by teaching middle-school and high-school cheerleaders new routines and cheers during a cheerleader camp at your college. For this fundraiser, charge the students a fee to participate in the camp. Make it a day-long event. Provide breakfast and lunch to the students. Give them a souvenir to take home, such as a T-shirt or cheerleader pom-poms.
