How to Unbend a Skateboard Axle

The trucks of the skateboard allow you to execute sharp-turning maneuvers. The rubber bushings surround the truck's kingpin and act as a cushioning device. According to the Know How to Skateboard website, the axle refers to the horizontal bar located inside the hanger of the skateboard truck. The truck axle will bend as you perform grinds across ledges and rails. Bent axles will prevent your skateboard from rolling straight. Use a few basic procedures to unbend your truck axles.
