Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into a wall outlet, and the circuit breaker, located near the power cord, is pushed up in the "Reset" position. If the circuit breaker was tripped and is in the down position, wait five minutes before pushing the button up.

Insert the treadmill's key into the slot on the bottom center of the console. The treadmill will not work if the key is removed.

    • 3

Loosen the walking belt if it is slow and difficult to walk on. Locate the two roller bolts on the rear of the walking platform and turn them counterclockwise using an Allen wrench. Be careful not to loosen the belt too much. You should be able to lift it off the platform no more than four inches.

Tighten the walking belt if it slips or moves around the platform. Using an Allen wrench, turn the two roller bolts on the rear of the walking platform clockwise. When tightened, you should still be able to lift the walking belt three to four inches off of the platform.

Recalibrate the incline system if it stops working properly. Press either of the "Incline" buttons on the console to raise or lower the treadmill. Remove the key from the console while the treadmill is changing height. Wait 10 seconds and re-insert the key into the slot in the console.
