How to Change Power Cords on the Tower 200

The Body by Jake Tower 200 is a multi-purpose exercise device that attaches to a door frame and enables you to exercise different parts of your body. The system is based on resistance from "power cords," which are elastic-like attachments capable of withstanding 25 pounds, 35 pounds and 40 pounds of stretch. Users pull the power cords in various ways during the exercise routines to work different muscle groups. Changing the power cord lets you change the level of resistance on the cords during the routine.

Take the Tower 200 down off the door frame by tilting the upper pulleys back and lifting them out of their slots. Move the pulleys to their lowest position and lock them in place, slackening the power cords. Disconnect the center strap, open the door and lift the lower brackets off the door frame. Remove the top brackets next, using a stepladder if necessary.
