How to Assemble a Bowflex Blaze

The Bowflex Blaze is a piece of home gym equipment. The Blaze allows you to perform over 60 exercises from your home. The Blaze offers all of the 60-plus exercises in one "station." This saves time, rather than switching equipment for almost every exercise like you would at a gym. The Blaze is constructed from heavy-duty steel, which gives the equipment durability. Assembly of the Bowflex Blaze is fairly easy with a good set of instructions to follow.
