How to Use the Mikasa MVA300ATTR

The MVA300ATTR is the Attack Trainer volleyball from Mikasa. This is a training device that you can use when practicing jumping and making shots. To use the Attack Trainer volleyball, it needs to be positioned slightly higher than the height of a volleyball net. If you need to practice at home or at a gymnasium, you can make use of a basketball hoop.

  • Basketball hoop
  • Metal support pole
  • Weights

Instructions

      Position the metal support pole so that it is parallel to a basketball hoop in a gym or other location, such as your driveway.

      Tie one end of the elastic cord on the Mikasa Attack Trainer volleyball onto the edge of the basketball hoop. Tie the other end of the elastic cord to the top of the metal pole.

      Pull the metal pole to stretch the elastic cord until the volleyball sags slightly below the backboard of hoop. Set weights at the base of the metal pole to hold it in place.

      Jump up and hit the Attack Trainer volleyball to make sure that it is attached securely.
