How to Use the Sportline 304 Pedometer

The Surgeon General endorsed a study that states 10,000 steps is the equivalent of 30 minutes of physical activity. A pedometer tracks bio-mechanical motion to determine the number of steps taken in one day. Setting goals for steps taken each day can help you work additional exercise into each day. The Sportline pedometer has several customizable settings to help you achieve your fitness goals. It also has the ability to save several user profiles to track your steps over a period of time.
