Instructions

    • 1

Place the belt around your waist in the back just above the hip bones and hold each end of the belt in each hand so that they are in front of you. Make sure the belt is not twisted in the back.

    • 2

Take the end on your left side and make it a bit longer than the other. Wrap the long end over the shorter end at the navel and have the longer side go all the way around your waist again until the longer piece is in front of you once more. The longer piece should be over the short piece and on your right and the shorter should be on your left.

    • 3

Tuck the longer end under both wraps of the belt from the bottom and bring it out of the top. Fold the end so it is facing downward.

    • 4

Take the shorter end and move it from the left side to the right underneath the longer end. Bring the shorter end up and over the top of the longer end and then through the loop it makes to form a knot.

    • 5

Pull the ends to tighten the belt. Both sides should now be of equal length.
