How to Tie a Karate GI
The Gi is the standard uniform for all Japanese karate disciplines, as well as for Judo. When worn properly, this uniform is ideal for comfort, durability and functionality during the many exercises of karate. A properly tied Gi belt holds the Gi in place during the most rigorous activities. Tying your belt may take a little practice but should quickly become second nature.
