Pro Ambitions Hockey Camps
-
Jeff Serowik, a former NHL player, is founder and president of Pro Ambitions, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2010. The company specializes in hockey camps for boys and girls ages 6 to 18.
Pro Ambitions holds weeklong, co-ed day camps throughout New England, often at several locations within a state.
The company’s signature “Battle Camp” was named the “Official Camp of Hockey East” by NCAA Division I hockey. It emphasizes circuit training, small-sided games and a series of one-on-one battles.
Other day camps include more specialized instruction in stick handling and power skating, goalie training and shooting.
Residential camps are held at Boston University, University of Rhode Island and the Kents Hill School in Maine. All of the camps are co-ed except for a few sessions that are for girls only.
