How to Determine Your Foot for a Snowboard
Like many other board sports, most people have a dominant foot for snowboarding that determines which foot they put on the front of the board and which foot goes on the back of the board. This trait is called footedness, and is the same idea as handedness. If you put your left foot forward, then your stance is called "regular." If you put your right foot forward then your stance is called "goofy."
