1
Put on your Zoomer swim fins. They should fit snugly, but there should not be any pain in your toes or ankles. Traditional fins often rub blisters on the feet, but Zoomers are designed for extended wear without damaging the skin. If they feel loose or rub, then you need a smaller size.

2
Use your Zoomers to improve your kicking technique. Kick with short, fast flutter kicks. These fins are intended to make this type of kicking much more powerful, whereas traditional fins work better with longer kicks that are not as strong when it comes to technique.

3
Build leg muscle with Zoomers. These fins will help you develop a stronger kick over time without wearing out your leg muscles. They are ideal if you tend to use a two-beat kick or if you drag your legs when you swim. Use the Zoomers first with a kickboard to get used to the feel of them, then use the same kick that you used when you were on the kickboard to kick when you are swimming freestyle (the crawl). You will notice a major difference in your speed and also an ability to increase the tempo of your kicking on long swims permanently.

4
Improve your endurance by using Zoomers. If you have trouble maintaining a steady kick, then using Zoomers can help you keep going on your workout for long periods of time without burning out. Over time, you can extend your training time immeasurably or drop the Zoomers and your muscles will remember how to sustain the effort even though the Zoomers are no longer in place.
