How to Remove the Spikes from Track Shoes
In track and field, spiked shoes are used as a way to improve traction by gripping the surface of the track. As opposed to standard flat athletic shoes, spikes can significantly improve one's time and marks. After a period of time, it is common for spike tips to dull and lose traction. When the tips have significantly worn down and become flattened, it is time to remove the spikes from your track shoes.
