Set Time and Date

Press and hold the "Set/Recall" button until the display flashes.

Use the "Stop/Reset" button and the "Start/Split" button to change the current value. Press the "Mode" button to select the value and move to the next screen. Select the hour, minute, second, day of the week, month, date, 12- or 24-hour format, and date format in this manner.

Press the "Set/Recall" button to exit and save your settings.
Set an Alarm

Press the "Mode" button until "Alarm" appears in the display.

Press the "Set/Recall" button.

Use the "Stop/Reset" and "Start/Split" buttons to change the current value and the "Mode" button to select a value. Set the hour, minute and AM/PM values.

Press the "Set/Recall" button to exit and save your settings. Press the "Start/Split" button to arm the alarm or the "Stop/Reset" button to disarm the alarm.
Use the Stopwatch

Press the "Mode" button until "Chrono" appears in the screen.

Press and hold the "Set/Recall" button until the screen displays "Format/Set."

Use the "Stop/Reset" button to select the stopwatch format. Press the "Set/Recall" button to save and exit.

Press the "Start/Split" button to start the stopwatch. Press "Stop/Reset" to stop the stopwatch. While the stopwatch is running, press "Start/Split" to take a lap split. Press and hold the "Stop/Reset" button to reset the stopwatch.

Press "Set/Recall" in the stopwatch mode, then press the "Stop/Reset" button or the "Start/Split" button to cycle through the stored laps and splits.
