In Motion Bend is a fitness facility in Bend, Oregon. Motion Bend operates regular weight loss camps. There are three camps operated by Boot Camp Bend that cater to different people. Between the Diva Boot Camp, the Burnout Boot Camp and the Inferno Boot Camp, there is something to fit your personal needs. Their website warns there is no room for whining or pampering. Better Body Boot Camp

Better Body, located in Oregon City just south of Portland, describes its weight loss camp as unconventional and effective. The camp includes nutritional coaching, fitness instruction and motivational training. Better Body features indoor and outdoor fitness facilities. The month-long camps allow participants to meet up to 11 times a week for 45-minute sessions. Most camps include one daily session, at 5:45 a.m. 6 p.m. All participants are expected to bring an exercise mat, a pair of dumbbells and a water bottle to sessions. All participants will set their own weight loss goals and everyone is welcome, whether their trying to lose 12 or 50 pounds.
