  1. Informal Attention Stance (Heisoku Dachi)

      Place your feet together, pointing straight ahead.

      Keep your knees slightly bent and your arms to your sides.

      Distribute your weight evenly on your legs.

      Maintain good posture. Keep your head, neck and back perfectly straight.

    Formal Attention Stance (Musubi Dachi)
