1
Determine the size of your snowboarding boots by checking the information on the inside of the tongue. Most snowboarding boots contain sizing information here. Standard men's sizes run from three upward, while most women's sizes begin at four.

2
Visit a sporting goods or snowboard specialty store that has considerable stock in snowboard bindings to give you the best selection. It is also important that you understand the sizing for bindings. Burton bindings, for example, are as follows: For men, boot sizes three to eight correspond with a small binding, eight to 10 require a medium binding and 10 and up require a large binding. For women, four to six is small; six to eight is medium and eight and over is large. Stores should have boot/binding size charts for the different brands they carry.
-
3
Place your snowboarding boots on your feet and fasten them tightly. Try the appropriate size of bindings in several makes to determine which gives you the most comfortable fit. If the store doesn't have the correct-sized binding in the brand and style you desire, see if the sales representative can place an order for your desired binding or visit another snowboarding store.
