How to Adjust Belt Slippage on a Keys Fitness 800

The Keys Fitness 800 is a residential, fold-away treadmill. It has a top speed of eight mph and a maximum incline of eight percent. The console offers four preset workout programs and eight customizable programs. The Keys Fitness 800 treadmill has two roller adjustment bolts recessed in the end caps on the back of the walking deck. Use a hex key to adjust these bolts if you notice the walking belt slipping as you use your treadmill.

      Unplug the power cord.

      Kneel behind the treadmill and locate the adjustment bolts, one on each side of the walking belt.

      Use the hex key to turn both bolts, 1/4-turn, to the right.

      Plug in the treadmill.

    • 5

      Walk on the treadmill with the belt set at 2.5 mph.

      Repeat Steps One through Five until the belt does not slip.
