How to Perform a Devastating Superman Punch

The Superman punch is a kickboxing technique that is basically a kick and a punch. With this technique, you use your leg to power yourself forward in order to release and even power your punch. It is called the Superman punch because, when performed correctly, it is like you are flying through the air like Superman. It has become more popular due to the use of the Superman punch in mixed martial arts fights.

      Fake a front leg kick.

      Use that leg and bring it quickly back or to the side at a 45-degree angle. Use the thrust from this motion to gain airtime and to propel yourself forward.
