Ozark Trail Tent Set-Up Instructions

Explore and enjoy the outdoors by camping with an Ozark Trail tent as your wilderness shelter. Ozark Trail tents are manufactured by NorthPole Limited, and consist of assembly parts unique to the tent body. Practice assembling your tent in the comfort of your home at least once before taking it to the campsite. This familiarizes you with the process, and ensures that all parts are included.

Instructions

    • 1

Select an even and level site; spread out the tent. Clear the area of any lumps, debris and sticks.

    • 2

Pull the tent poles to extend them. Slide the poles through the tent's sleeves.

    • 3

Flex the poles into an arch. Insert the ends onto the pin-rings at the base of the tent.

    • 4

Snap the quick-clips attached to your Ozark Trail tent-body onto the poles. This props up and shapes the tent.

    • 5

Extend the rainfly pole. Insert one end into the pole pocket located on the underside of the rainfly.

    • 6

Flex the rainfly pole gently. Insert its opposite end into the other pole pocket.

    • 7

Align the rainfly and drape it over your Ozark Trail tent.

    • 8

Connect the s-hooks to the pin-rings at the base of the tent.

    • 9

Drive the stakes through the pin-rings.

    • 10

Add the gear loft by attaching its s-hooks to the fabric loops on the inside of the tent ceiling. Use the gear loft for extra storage.
